COVID-19 Update: Before coming for a treatment

The Government and my federation, the FHT, have put many new guidelines in places to allow therapists to go back to work whilst keeping both therapist and client safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Things that have changed and what you need to know before having a treatment.

Please make sure you arrive within 5 minutes of the agreed time. (This is because of the necessity to deep clean and maintain social distance between clients. I will not be able to extend your appointment.)

On arriving for a treatment please WASH YOUR HANDS and once inside the treatment room there will be hand sanitiser to use.

All clients MUST now wear a FACE COVERING, please bring one with you if possible, otherwise I will provide you with one to wear for the treatment.

I will be wearing a face covering and have a face visor on in order to limit the chances of passing anything on to you and vice versa.

Please bring your own bottle of water with you to the treatment as I will no longer be able to offer you refreshments.

If you are unwell even if it is only a cold CANCEL the appointment immediately.

Please complete the pre-treatment document linked on the website and email it back to me before the treatment. If you have any issues with this please get in touch.

If you feel I don’t have an up to date consultation form for you, please complete one before the treatment and email it back to me.
